This document serves as the legally binding Agreement between You and the
Creator. Downloading, copying, accessing or using the Product, in part or
otherwise, shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms as well as any
changes to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the
Product.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

- Agreement (also License): Legally binding agreement between the Creator and
the User granting permission to use the Product with certain provisions or
restrictions; this document serves as the Agreement.
- Terms: The terms of this Agreement.
- Licensee (also You or Your): The purchaser, and therefore licensee of, the
Product.
- User: Any person or entity with access to Your copy of the Product.
- Creator (also We, Us, or Our): Daniel P H Fox, the creator of the Product.
- Product (also Licensed Product, Content, or Licensed Content): The items which
the Creator distributes to You under this Agreement; including, but not limited
to, icons, files, archives, images, illustrations or source code.

PERMITTED USES

This Agreement gives You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, perpetual license, for You and your Users to:

- make copies of the Product
- make modifications to the Product
- embed the Product in content such as websites, documents, designs &
graphic art, websites, video games, e-books, and applications
- share the Product (including any copies and modifications) with other Users

SHARED USE

You are permitted to grant limited access to Your copy of the Product to others
within your company, organisation or business. Outside of those Users, you may
not grant further access to your Product.

You shall be responsible for all Users; this includes without limitation any
breaches of the Agreement by Users.

The Agreement allows Users to use the Product in a limited capacity. Users
may only exercise rights and provisions specified explicitly to include Users.

LIMITS & TERM

The term of this License begins immediately upon Your access, acceptance,
download, upload, or purchase of the Product, and is valid for as long as the
Agreement is not terminated according to the terms set out in the Enforcement
section.

Permission granted to Users shall not outlive the term of this License.

This License shall not apply to versions, editions or releases of the Product
after the start of the License's term. This means, without limitation, the
License shall not grant You rights to future versions of, editions of, or
updates to the Product; the permissions of this Agreement shall only be
granted for the specific version or edition of the Product which You have
purchased.

After the term of this License, You shall destroy all copies of the Product,
including, but not limited to, the original Product you downloaded, copies of
the Product in any works, and any back-ups or copies of the Product, including
copies sent to other Users.

ENFORCEMENT

If the Creator has reason to believe You have breached this Agreement, the
Creator may terminate this Agreement, restrict Your ability to access or
download the Product, or both, at any time and without prior notice.

These abilities do not limit the Creator's ability to enforce this Agreement
in other ways, such as by taking legal action.

DISCLAIMER

The Product is offered 'as is' without any warranty; the Creator shall not be
liable for any damage derived from using the Product. You use the Product at
your own risk.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and statutes of England and Wales
in the United Kingdom.
